Lethabo Air Quality Specialists is a consulting service that provides specialist air quality-related services to organizations in the industry and government.
We are a small, dedicated team located in Jeffrey’s Bay in the Eastern Cape. Since 2005 we’ve been working with our clients with a goal in mind: To educate and guide others concerning air quality, to work together towards air quality compliance. We want to help you understand air quality and find ways to grow your business while ensuring emissions remain within limits.

Stack Sampling
All isokinetic sampling activities are carried out according to internationally accepted test methods as prescribed in Schedule A of the “Amendments to the Listed Activities and Associated Minimum Emission Standards Identified in Terms of Section 21 of the National Environment Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No.39 of 2004)" as published in Government Notice 1207 of 31 October 2018 (GN1207).

Air Quality Impact Assessments
Use is made of Aermod, a validated and USEPA-approved dispersion model. This model is included as an acceptable model in the regulations governing dispersion modelling, as published in Government Notice R.533 on 11 July 2014 (GN R.533).

Licensing
Identify activities, and apply for mandatory licensing, which are included in “Amendments to the Listed Activities and Associated Minimum Emission Standards Identified in Terms of Section 21 of the National Environment Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No.39 of 2004)" as published in Government Notice 1207 of 31 October 2018 (GN1207).
